To help with the planning of your camping trip we have put together a Destination Inspiration list (which although extensive, is by no means comprehensive) of campgrounds in and around California. This list is for reference only. You may wish to research these camp grounds further prior to selecting a spot from which to base your adventure to see which best suits your group. Check for reviews and events and make sure the site you are reserving can accommodate the trailer you plan to rent.
It is recommended that campsite reservations are made 6 months in advance during summer and major holidays and 3 months in advance during the non-peak season. Reservations for campsites must be made by you directly through the campsite provider are independent of the reservations made for tow vehicles and trailers through Roam & Board.
